Armenia, officially the Republic of Armenia, is a landlocked country in the South Caucasus region of Eurasia. Located in Western Asia, on the Armenian Highlands, it is bordered by Turkey to the west, Georgia to the north, the de facto independent Republic of Artsakh and Azerbaijan to the east, and Iran and Azerbaijan's exclave of Nakhchivan to the south.

Tigran and small fish is a children's fairy tale from the country of Armenia. Tells a poor man but likes to help. Tigran's life was so poor that he did not have a boat to fish for himself. To support his family, Tigran works for a fisherman. Everyday he helps the fishermen find fish in the sea. Every day, he only gets a wage of a few fish to sell in the market. One day, while working to catch fish in the middle of the ocean, Tigran heard a voice, "Sir, please let me go." Tigran was astonished at the sound.
