The Little Match Girl (Denmark)
One cold Christmas Eve. There's a little girl selling a match. It runs on its worn-out sandals. She shivered with cold while peddling her wares to people passing by there. The night was cold, snow covered the trees and the roof of the house. Each house has been decorated with beautiful evergreen trees, with twinkling decorations surrounding the tree.
