The Honesty of Willem and Irene (Netherlands)

 

Willem and Irene are the children of a fisherman who lives in the village of Volendam in the Netherlands. The two of them are good friends. Willem's father is named Mr. Hendrik, while Irene's father is named Mr. Jansen. They are both 9 years old. They always wait for their fathers to come home from fishing.
