Cinderella (France)

In a village, in France, there lived a beautiful girl called Cinderella by her half stepsisters and stepmothers. Cinderella's father has passed away. Every day, Cinderella is always in charge of cleaning the house, so she looks dirty and shabby. Even that girl occupies a dusty room near the chimney as her bedroom.

One day, a palace guard came to the village of Cinderella. They announced that the royal prince would hold a dance party at the palace. The girls in the village were very happy to welcome the dance party invitation. Cinderella's two stepsisters were also enthusiastic about participating in the dance. Assisted by her mother, they prepared beautiful dresses and shoes. Cinderella was assigned to wash the dress and iron it until it was slippery. 

"Cinderella, let's hurry up and do your work, don't be pensive. Don't expect you to come to the prince's dance party. People will laugh at you because you are dirty, shabby, and smelly! " said Cinderella's stepsister. They burst out laughing at the thought of Cinderella coming to the dance.

"There's no way I can go, O my sisters, I don't have the proper clothes, "Cinderella answered with a smile. 

Cinderella finally could only see the departure of her sisters and stepmother. Actually, she wanted to come to the dance. But considering she did not have proper clothes, that would not be possible. 

However, a fairy figure appeared suddenly in front of Cinderella. She really wanted to help the beautiful and kind girl. 

"I will help you, good girl. Now bring pumpkins, four mice, and two lizards, "said the fairy godmother. 

Cinderella finally went to the back garden to pick up pumpkins and bring the animals that the fairy godmother had asked for. 

"Simsalabiim!" the fairy godmother called for a spell and turned a pumpkin into a carriage, rats into four horses, and two lizards into two coachmen. The fairy godmother finally turns Cinderella's shabby clothes into a very beautiful dress with a pair of very beautiful glass shoes. Cinderella is very happy. She circled while looking at the dress she was wearing. 

"You can go to the party. But remember, magic power only lasts until 12 o'clock at night. So, before 12 p.m. you have to come back here. " 

"All right, fairy godmother, thank you. I will obey your message, "answered Cinderella. 

Cinderella arrived at the dance. All eyes looked at her. She is like a beautiful princess. 

"Which princess of the kingdom" she whispered guests "very beautiful". 

"Beautiful princess, would you dance with me?" the prince begged Cinderella. It turns out the prince has admired Cinderella's beauty from a distance. 

Finally they dance to the music. Cinderella's two stepsisters didn't know that the princess who danced with the prince was Cinderella. They just looked enviously. 

"It's very nice to meet you, who are you and where are you from, beautiful princess?" The prince asked Cinderella. Not until Cinderella answered, the royal clock struck 12 times. Cinderella was surprised, she immediately remembered the message of the fairy godmother. 

"I'm sorry, I have to go home soon" Cinderella answered. The girl immediately went out and found her horse carriage to go home. Without realizing one of Cinderella's glass shoe slipped off the palace steps. 

The prince followed Cinderella. But the girl was gone. The prince found a glass shoe on the palace steps. 

Cinderella finally got home. Chariots, coachmen and horses have turned into pumpkins, lizards and mice. 

Cinderella's stepsisters and mother finally came to the house. They are still talking about a beautiful princess who dances with the prince. "Hmm ... how beautiful the princess is, the prince is fascinated by her elegance." Cinderella knew the conversation, she just smiled and smiled. 

Once upon a time, the prince could not forget a girl who danced with him some time ago. Finally he decided to his bodyguards to find a beautiful girl who fascinated him. 

In the village where Cinderella lives, some palace messengers come with glass shoes. They are looking for the owner of the shoe. Some girls tried on the shoes, including Cinderella's two stepsisters, but none of them matched the size of the shoes. 

"Can I try it, too?" Cinderella asked. 

"Cinderella, don't be ashamed!" stepmother rebuked. 

"Everyone has the right to try it," the palace emissary said. 

Cinderella put her feet in the shoes and the size was right. "The size fits your feet, miss," said the palace messenger. 

"That's really my shoe, I have a partner," Cinderella then took out a glass shoe from behind her apron. 

The fairy godmother came in instantly and juggled Cinderella in a beautiful dress, Cinderella looked elegantly charming in her clothes. "It turns out you are the princess the prince is looking for, can you please take us to the palace?" asked the palace emissary. 

Finally, Cinderella's stepmother and two stepsisters apologized for their treatment so far, but Cinderella never held grudges against them. "I have never been angry with you." Cinderella answered with a smile. 

Cinderella was then taken to the palace. The prince finally married Cinderella and they lived happily ever after.
